In this workshop we will encounter the body as a relational system, as a space from which to orient and organize movement in terms of the process of integrating perception and action, structure and function, intention and context.
We will dance in solo or dialogic contact between bodies, moving through somatic exploration, analysis, deep listening and dynamism. The workshop is structured around moments of theory, application, reflection and sharing, in order to access the complexity of the body in a assimilable way.
The Axis Syllabus, somatics, biodynamic presence practices and the craniosacral system, nourish this research at its root.
This training is for dancers, actors, artists, and researchers who wish to nurture an investigation of the body in art and performance, enriching their somatic vocabulary and movement practice. For all people, even those with little experience, inclined to encounter the body in terms of knowledge and research, in a safe and non-competitive group field.
Salotto somatico program orient to a multifaceted view of the body, celebrating a dialogue between art, health and life.
